Michelle Samani Rabin
Attorney at Law

Michelle Samani Rabin graduated cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a minor in Public Policy. Michelle then attended Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she obtained her Juris Doctorate degree in 2006.

Michelle has always had a strong passion for civil rights and employment law. During law school, she served as a law clerk for Administrative Judges Diane Arkow Gross and Daniel Preciado in the Hearings Unit of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where she evaluated federal employee claims of discrimination, retaliation, and disability accommodation against public sector entities. Michelle also interned for the Los Angeles County Office of Independent Review, an agency which conducts oversight of the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department for abuses of force, and also worked as a clinical extern for the Loyola Law School Center for Conflict Resolution, conciliating disputes in a variety of consumer protection cases. Michelle also participated in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program, and studied abroad at the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, China, where she took courses in international bankruptcy and international trade.

Prior to forming her own law practice, Michelle worked for several civil litigation firms in the Los Angeles area, where she successfully represented parties in employment, business, and personal injury matters. She is a member of the California Employment Lawyers' Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Beverly Hills Bar Association, and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. Michelle is trained in conflict resolution under the California Dispute Resolution Programs Act.

In her spare time, Michelle enjoys participating in social justice advocacy, learning new languages, and exploring Middle Eastern art, culture and music.
